Community Appreciation Festival
Queens, New York (June 27th 2015)- Keller Williams Realty Landmark II, the world’s largest real estate franchise will be having their First Community Appreciation Festival on Saturday, July 11th, 2015. The event will start at 11 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. (Rain Date/July 12th) in the Jackson Heights Shopping Center parking lot located at 75-35 31st Avenue, Jackson Heights, NY, 11370.
The Keller Williams Realty Landmark II Community Appreciation Festival is an all-day family event created by Silvia Suarez, Rodolfo Suarez, Silvia Corrales, Edison Hernandez, Luz Angela Rincon, Victor Lopez and Robenson Paulema that are the members of the KW Community Voice Committee.
There will be inflatables for children, face painting, entertainment, live DJ, food, vendors, exhibitors, raffles, giveaways and more. Our ambassador for Keller Williams Kids Care, Hazel Ron, will talk about KW Cares and their importance in our communities. Our vendors will provide valuable information such as Real Estate (Selling and Buying, Foreclosure Prevention, Loan Modification, First Time Home Buyers and Programs for Veterans), Nutrition, Insurance, Legal Assistance and many more.
Keller Williams Realty Landmark II is a leader in community programs and has donated over $100,000 a year through various events. Events by Keller Williams include Keller Williams Kids Care, Keller Williams Red Day, KW Thanksgiving Brigades and KW Christmas Toy Drive.
KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.
